Teaching Technique
Be skilled at praising children

When young children get the correct answer, there's no need for excessive praise; a smile is enough. For those who have tried repeatedly without success and finally find the correct answer, lavish praise should be given, acknowledging their efforts up to that point, and other children should hear this praise. For children whose answers are incorrect, always offer encouragement, especially to those who are losing motivation. Encourage them by saying: As long as you think hard, even if you don't get the answer, you are becoming smarter, so don't worry.

In the depths of a child's heart lies a phrase: Even if you can't do it, just by thinking about it, you will become smarter! Even if you don't know how, by putting in the effort, you will become smarter!
